How to Complain to Cadillac
- 1). Go to Cadillac's website at www.cadillac.com. Select your country and proceed to the home page.
- 2). Scroll down the page and look for the Contact Us link. After clicking that link, read the Over the Web section. Click on the link that seems most closely related to your complaint.
- 3). Complete the form. The fields with an asterisk are required, but it may be beneficial to also complete the other fields. The more information you provide, the better your chances of them being able to help you.
- 1). Gather the required information for your phone call. Typically, the representative will ask for your name, address, telephone numbers, and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). He also may ask for the dealership name and location, the vehicle delivery date, and the current mileage of the vehicle as well.
- 2). Call Cadillac's customer service department. For those living in the United States, the number is 1-800-458-8006. Customer service representatives are available Monday through Saturday from 8AM to 9PM Eastern Time. For those living outside the U.S., consult Cadillac's website for the phone number for your country.
- 3). Explain your concerns. If the customer service representative is not able to satisfy your complaint, ask to be transferred to someone who can.
- 1). Write a letter giving details about your concerns. It is essential that you be as specific as possible about your complaint.
- 2). Mail the letter to the Cadillac customer service center closest to you. For those living in the United States, the address is: Cadillac Customer Assistance Center, P. O. Box 33169, Detroit, MI 48232. For those living outside the U.S., consult Cadillac's website for the center closest to you.
- 3). Be patient while you wait for a response. Remember that Cadillac receives a large volume of mail each day, and it may take some time for them to follow up on your complaint.
- 1). Locate your nearest Cadillac dealership. This can be done by going to their website and typing your ZIP code or mailing address into the box in the upper right corner of the screen.
- 2). Ask to speak to the manager. Generally speaking, a manager should be available during regular business hours.
- 3). Discuss your complaint with the manager. Hopefully, the manager will then deal with your complaint or refer you to someone at the company who may be able to help.
