How to Install USB 2.0 Drivers in Windows XP Service Pack 2
- 1). Plug the USB data cable into the USB port of the hardware, then insert the opposite end of the USB cable into any USB port on your Windows XP computer system.
- 2). Insert the driver installation CD into the computer. All hardware made for a USB 2.0 port has the appropriate Windows XP drivers, so you do not need to obtain new drivers from the Internet.
- 3). Click "Next" once shown the file installation name (this leaves it as the default setting). Do the same for the installation location.
- 4). Choose "Install" and your USB 2.0 drivers install onto the Windows XP SP 2 computer.
