Change the IE Settings

• 1). Open your Internet Explorer browser. Click on "Tools" > "Internet Options" on the toolbar.
  
  
• 2). Select "Security" > "Custom Level."
  
  
• 3). Select "Enable" for "Run ActiveX and plugins," "Download Signed ActiveX Control" and "Script ActiveX controls marked as safe for scripting."
  
  
• 4). Select "Prompt" for "Download unsigned ActiveX Control" and "Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe."
  
  
• 5). Click on "OK" > "Apply" and close the browser.
  
  

Download iTunes

• 1). Reopen the IE browser and go to the iTunes website.
  
  
• 2). Click on "Download iTunes" > "Download Now."
  
  
• 3). Click on "Save File" and wait for the iTunes setup files to download.
  
  
• 4). Double-click on the setup file and follow the instructions to install iTunes.
