- 1). Hover your mouse over the sidebar gadget you want to update.
- 2). Click on the small wrench icon that opens the settings for your particular gadget.
- 3). Click on the button or link to search for gadget updates.
- 4). Follow the onscreen instructions to download and install the latest version of the gadget.
