Wow we survived the Christmas holidays! How do you feel post festivities? I hope you enjoyed a truly magical Christmas Day with your family and friend but what I really want to know is whether you enjoyed some time out to relax and actually enjoy some quality time with your family! If you're like most mums during the Christmas build-up, it is more than likely you have spent the last few weeks, or even months, rushing around preparing for this special time of year.
Generally, life can be extremely hectic but Christmas time causes an increase in activity and stress! What better time than a bank holiday to relax, unwind and reflect on how much you have achieved this year? Did you allow yourself time to do just that? Make a goal for the year ahead to do this regularly - not just at special times of the year - and celebrate everything you do as a great mum!
