    Print Job Page

    • This hotfix applies to users with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8, and it fixes the problem of the Print queue displaying the wrong number of pages. This occurs when you try to print a Web page. For example, if you type in "1" for the number of pages in the "Pages" box, and then hit the "Print" button, it will show that there are two pages in the Print queue, as opposed to the one page that you are printing. This hotfix will correct this problem, but you have to manually modify the Windows Registry to use this patch, and you have to download the newest Windows Vista service pack.

    VCCU Not Working

    • This hotfix is for users with a Sony VAIO camera and Windows Vista, and it is designed to fix problems with the Sony VAIO Camera Capture Utility (VCCU). You should download this fix if you have any one of the following problems: the camera preview screen either has a blue or black screen with no video, or it does not launch when you start the VCCU. To correct this problem, you must download the newest service pack for Windows Vista.

    Memory Leak

    • A memory leak occurs when a computer software program uses memory to perform its duties, but then won't release that memory when its task is done. This can cause your system to stall or crash. Users of Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 experience either a Stop error code, or the screen just goes blue. This occurs because the Microsoft Power Manager closes the wrong port.

    Stop Error Message

    • If you have a computer that uses both two or more Gigabytes of Random Access Memory (RAM) and an nVidia NForce Enhanced Host Controller Interface (ECHI) controller, then you may have experienced different Stop Error messages. You will generally receive one of the following error messages: STOP 0x1000007E usbhub.sys SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED or STOP 127 PAGE_NOT_ZERO_NVIDIA_USB. This problem is connected to your universal serial bus (USB) driver trying to enter a hibernation state before a previously canceled selective suspended state request has fully gone through. This hotfix is for Windows Vista operating systems.
