The deficiency of good sleep can affect your relationships, health and even cause accidents.
Sleep disorders present themselves in many different forms and types.
There are many different symptoms of sleep disorders also.

The most common treatment is the use of a CPAP machine.
These machines keep your airways open at night so you are able to breath.

Narcolepsy is a neurological disorders which causes someone to become extremely and suddenly tired.
Narcoleptics will fall asleep at the spur of a moment and without warning.
Narcolepsy is usually handled with medication.
Without proper treatment, narcolepsy can be very dangerous as it could cause someone to fall asleep while driving or performing other dangerous tasks.
Sleep disorders are fixable conditions.
There are many ways to fix sleeping disorders.
It is important to see a doctor if you are suffering or think you are suffering from some type of sleep disorder.
