- 1). Dispense approximately 3 to 5 ml of alcohol rubbing gel into your cupped palms.
- 2). Rub your palms together. Rub your right palm on the back of your left hand with interlaced fingers. Rub your left palm on the back of your right hand with interlaced fingers.
- 3). Rub your right palm to your left palm with interlaced fingers. Rub the back of your fingers with your other palm. Rub your right thumb with your left palm. Rub your left thumb with your right palm. Rub fingertips of right hand on palm of left hand. Rub fingertips of left hand on palm of right hand. You do not need to dry your hands as the alcohol will evaporate on your hand's surface.
