How to Use a Mac PowerPoint File on a Windows PC
- 1). Double-click the "PowerPoint" program icon on the Windows computer to launch the program.
- 2). Click the "File" tab, and select the "Open" option from the file menu.
- 3). Locate the Mac PowerPoint file on the computer's hard drive, highlight the file and click the "OK" button. The file will now open in the PowerPoint program on the Windows PC.
