- 1). Sign into your "Neopets" account and then click the "Explore" button at the top of the page. Scroll down to find the link to the land of Meridell. Find it towards the bottom of the page -- it has a frog-like image next to it.
- 2). Locate the castle in the lower left corner and click on its image. Once inside the castle, click the picture of the King Skarl. There are ten drop-down boxes for the question part of your joke, and eight boxes for the answer.
- 3). Go to each box and make your selections from the drop-down menus. When you are finished, click the "Tell the King your Joke" button located underneath the answer section. The next page has the King's reaction to your joke and whatever award he decides to give you.
