How to Avoid Jet Lag
- 1). Start three days before you leave for travel.
- 2). On the first day, eat a high-protein breakfast and lunch and a high-carbohydrate dinner.
- 3). On the second day, eat only light meals, such as salads and fruits.
- 4). Eat whatever you want on the third day.
- 5). Fast on the day of departure.
- 6). Break the fast at the breakfast time of your place of destination.
- 7). Once you get off the plane, stay awake for the rest of the day and go to sleep at the current bedtime.
