    • 4). Add 15 drops of lavender oil, which may improve blood circulation.

    • 5). Pour 15 drops of lemon essential oil into the mixture. Lemon oil helps stimulate the circulatory system.

    • 6). Add 15 drops of cypress essential oil, which reduces fluids in the body

    • 7). Pour the ingredients into a clean bottle and shake it gently.
