New Year’s Eve Celebration at the Jazz Kitchen

Big Car Bohemian New Year’s Eve Party
Time: 8:30 p.m.-1 a.m.

Cost: No cover charge, free snacks (charge for drinks)
Address: Fountain Square, 1043 Virginia Ave., Suite 215, Indianapolis
This event features video projections, interactive art-making, and other activities. Live music includes Beat Debris, Adam Kuhn, Christian Taylor, The Tapedeck Few, The Bone Fags, Oakdale Drive, and Tonos Triad.

New Year’s Eve at the Marina
Time: Dinner, 4:30-11 p.m.; Entertainment, 9 p.m.-2 a.m.
Cost: Serving regular menu plus great dinner specials and $5 Finlandia martinis

The Carlos Diaz New Year’s Eve Extravaganza
Time: Doors open at 8 p.m.
Cost: Tickets are $19.99 in advance; $39.99 at the door

The event features radio personalities Smiley, KJ, B-Moore, Weedman, Dave Decker, Scott Sands, and more from Z 99.5, plus free food and a free champagne toast at midnight. The 25,000 square foot party space includes rooms themed for Rockin’ Country, ’80s and ’90s Retro, and Hip-Hop and Dance, each manned by its own DJs, as well as Karaoke and a Movie Grotto.
