Sleep is a hard thing to come across for some people.
Stress and metabolism keeps most adults awake at night, pushing them to the edge of desperation.
In some cases people shoot for the more natural home remedies and stress management paths.
When these methods do not work or get tiring, some switch to taking over-the-counter pills or prescription medications.
Just like any other pills, these types of pills can have side effects, some dangerous.
