Answer: As soon as you arrive, have a seat in the chapel, keeping in mind that the first row is generally reserved for the immediately family, and another row or two is for extended family and pallbearers. Remain quiet until after the service. Some services are held at the gravesite, where there may only be seating for immediate family members.
