How to Repair Driver Problems
- 1). Click on "Start" in the bottom left corner of the computer's desktop.
- 2). Click on "Computer."
- 3). Click on the "System Properties" button.
- 4). Click on the "Device Manager" link.
- 5). Locate the offending driver, which will have an exclamation mark next to its name. Right-click on the driver and click on "Properties." Click the on "Driver" tab. Click on the button on the screen that reads "Roll Back Driver." This will reinstall the most recent version of the driver that worked correctly, which will resolve the issue.
