This toner contains salicylic acid, so it helps slough away dead skin cells and keep pores clear. Another plus: it doesn't contain alcohol so it isn't likely to be too drying or sting the skin.
Tenacious Toner has a clean, slightly sweet scent. The fragrance is intense and tends to linger. Some will love it; others with think it's too overpowering.
