Doing activity which is able to distress mind without the need of leaving the office is very beneficial for you. You will need a mental health break. Take a short break and complete your task on time.

The first step is to identify your stress. Simply ask yourself why you get stress. Once you acknowledge the cause that makes you stress, you will easily find the way to tackle that obstacle.

The next thing to do is to take five minute walk. Get up from your chair and have a walk around the office. It is beneficial for the circulation of your blood and for loosening up the muscles of the back and leg. In addition, it is also able to help you break up the workflow and get focused again to your task. As a result, you will be able to let your stress go out.

Another beneficial thing to do is to listen to music for about three minute. For some offices, it may be restricted due to the rules. Yet, you can listen to it from your iPod or any other source for about three minutes. It can help you relieve your stress for the nest hours of that day. If it is not allowed, then don't flaunt it. Listen it during your break. On the other hand, if it is allowed to listen to music while working, you can plug your headphones to your computer.

As another idea, you can also place a picture of special person or place at your desk. It will help you generate the feelings as if you were away from your task. Additionally, it can possibly provide you the boost you need. You can add the photo of gateway destination you want to visit or a photo of people or someone you care about.

Making friends can also help you release your stress. Having lunch with friends can help you alleviate your stress. You can have a talk about you concerns and listen to what she/he is saying. Having a friend to talk in the office will make your day seem brighter.

In addition, you have to remember the matters which can possibly lead you to stress. The cause of the stress usually will not affect you for your long-term basis. For this reason, you have to be aware of what is important so that when the things that can possibly upset you come to you, you will know how to react accordingly.
