- 1). Insert the installation CD for your JPEG/Fax viewer program into the computer.
- 2). Open "My Computer" and double click on the CD drive.
- 3). Double click on "Setup.exe."
- 4). Select the "Install" button.
- 5). Click the option to perform a "Full" install. This will overwrite the faulty files and repair your program.
- 6). Reboot the computer.
