Taco Guild is an independent restaurant in central Phoenix. Not only does the Chef use neighborhood farms to source ingredients for his recipes, but the building itself is a prime example of successful adaptive reuse. It was built in 1893 and used to be a Methodist church.

Lock & Key White Sangria Cocktail Recipe

This recipe makes one cocktail.

Ingredients:

• 2 orange slices
• 2 lemon slices
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 1/4 oz ginger liqueur
• 1/4 oz lime juice
• 3/4 oz Patron Citronage
• 2 1/2 oz Pinot Grigio
• 2 dashes grapefruit bitters

Preparation:

1. Muddle one orange slice, one lemon slice and simple syrup.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, shake.
3. Strain and pour into a highball glass with ice.
4. Garnish with thin slice of orange and lemon.
