To be successful, at least a few failures along the way are inevitable.
To overcome these setbacks, you need to develop your resiliency muscle.
Resilience is defined as an ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change.
It's ones' ability to cope in spite of setbacks, barriers or limited resources.
It's a good metric for determining if you really want something, what are you willing to do to get it? We are all resilient to some extent.
We've been programmed from a young age that if you fall down, pick yourself up and try again.
Think of your youth...
Was it easy to learn to ride the bike? The whole purpose of King of the Hill is to get knocked down and make it back to the top.
If someone said no, we'd try asking someone else or change our approach.
If our kite wouldn't fly, we'd try running in a different direction or wait for more wind.
Somewhere along the way, many of us have lost our tenacity and our flexibility to accommodate change is diminished.
Our creative problem solving abilities are restricted and we begin to accept defeat.
If you want to be a success, the old tried and true clichés still say it best: "When the going gets tough, the tough the get going.
" "Practice makes perfect.
" "Try, and try again" "No pain, no gain.
" The choice is yours - continue your fight or accept defeat...

So join me and together we'll start strengthening your resiliency muscle and increasing your flexibility to adapt to change and through trial and error, you'll begin to see problems as opportunities and you'll soon be approaching life with a can-do, ready to tackle the world attitude..
