How to Uninstall Windows Vista Without a CD
- 1). Insert the first floppy into your drive and double click on the downloaded Microsoft Floppy Disk program.
- 2). Follow the onscreen instructions (inserting the other disks when prompted) to create the setup disks to remove Vista from your system.
- 3). Insert the first disk into your computer and restart the machine.
- 4). Press any key as the computer is loading to boot from the floppy.
- 5). Follow the onscreen instructions until you reach the "Partition Manager" screen.
- 6). Highlight the partition containing Vista and press "D" to delete it. Press "C" to create a new partition using all of the available disk space.
- 7). Select the newly created partition, press "Enter," select the "NTFS" file system, and press "Enter" again to format the drive, removing Vista completely.
