Cancel One Document

• 1). Click "Start" and then select "Devices and Printers."
  
  
• 2). Click the icon for the printer, and then click "See What's Printing" on the command bar near the top of the window.
  
  
• 3). Right-click on the document in the queue that is waiting to print.
  
  
• 4). Click "Cancel" from the pop-up list, and then click "Yes" when prompted, to confirm the cancellation.
  
  

Cancel All Documents

• 1). Click "Start" and then select "Devices and Printers."
  
  
• 2). Click the icon for the printer, and then click "See What's Printing" on the command bar.
  
  
• 3). Click "Printer" from the menu bar, and then select "Cancel All Documents" from the drop-down list.
  
  
• 4). Click "Yes" to confirm you want to cancel all documents.
