- 1). Turn on the computer and allow the operating system to load.
- 2). Connect a USB mouse to the computer. Once connected, the system will automatically recognize and install the best drivers for the mouse.
- 3). Open the "Start" menu and then click "Control Panel."
- 4). Click "System" from within the Control Panel window and then select "Device Manager" from the top-left side of the System window.
- 5). Click the arrow to the left of "Human Interface Devices."
- 6). Right-click "Ideacom" and then select "Uninstall." Allow the system to remove the driver and then click "Restart Now" to restart your computer.
