When I say measured, I mean someone is going to have to find the length and diameter of certain body parts, such as the chest, waist, seat and inside leg.
Unfortunately these days, most clothing retail stores take it for granted that you have up to date measurements, and that you will be able to recall these on the spot.
In fact, there was a story of a consumer recently who went in to a retail store, and was unable to be sized up because they didn't even have a measuring tape on hand.
Seriously, this is ridiculous - and you really should be able to have someone do this professionally at your request.
Clearly, this consumer wasn't shopping at an H&M store - because it is a prime requirement in these stores that there are a number of different measuring devices, and that all the shop assistants are required to be trained in the correct methods of sizing people up.
