- 1). Download a free data recovery program, such as Smart Recovery 4.5, EASEUS or Uneraser. Install and open the program.
- 2). Choose the hard drive from the drive selection screen. The data recovery program will scan the drive for deleted files, including those deleted by CyberScrub. The deleted data will be displayed in a list.
- 3). Pick the deleted files that you want to retrieve, then click the "Restore" button to return the files to your hard drive.
