Snoring can cause all sorts of problems in our lives, both health related and personal.
I will go over some of the common and not so common snoring cures and remedies, and find out which one will work best for you.
Snoring can be problematic in relationships, due to keeping your loved one awake.
Finding the right snoring cure for you can improve your relationship, increase your oxygen intake, and even reduce your blood pressure.
All important health benefits from just being able to stop snoring.
So, let's look at some different snoring cures and remedies.
These are just reviews on some of the snoring remedies.
You can check out my article for Part 1.
1.
Mouth Pieces.
Mouth pieces can work quite well, even for those with a mild form of sleep apnea.
The only problem with them is that they can be quite expensive.
You have to go to a doctor or your dentist to get one custom fit for you.
It can cost hundreds of dollars.
Depending on your type of snoring, it may or may not work for you.
However, there is another option.
You can order a cheaper one over the internet that you make yourself.
So, you can try it out, and if it works for you, go to your doctor after that and spend the money for a more expensive one.
2.
Exercise.
Yes, doing some basic exercises and losing weight can definitely be a great solution.
If you have some weight to lose, then, I highly recommend it.
It's worth a try, and if it doesn't cure your snoring, you still have the added benefit of better health.
So, you really can't go wrong with losing some weight, and getting some exercise.
Always contact your doctor before starting a new exercise program, but, most doctors are for exercise.
3.
Mouth exercises.
I have not tried this, but, I have talked to a friend who swears by this method.
So, the way that it works is that the sound of snoring can be caused by relaxed throat muscles or muscles around the mouth.
So, by exercising these muscles, it tightens everything around the mouth and throat and decreases the vibration that causes noise (snoring).
4.
Nasal Strips.
This is another snoring remedy I would highly recommend.
It has worked for many friends of mine, and it's inexpensive and effective.
You can't go wrong with that! It works by placing a sticky strip across your nose and it pulls the nose outward increasing the space for airflow through the nose.
I would love to hear your reviews, and what works and doesn't work for different types of snoring.
