- 4). If you have a good fishing track record or have a gift for gab, you may be able to get a pro staff position for fishing lure companies. You will probably be expected to help sell product in your area or work local fishing shows, but all of that kind stuff is fun. A lot of fishing tackle companies won't mind helping you if you help them. It's a two way street.
