- 1). Open the Microsoft Office Document Imaging application by clicking the program link in the Windows "Start" menu.
- 2). Click the "File" link on the top menu bar and select "Open."
- 3). Navigate to and click on the MDI file to open in the interface. Click on the MDI document.
- 4). Press the "ALT" and "--" (hyphen) keys simultaneously on the keyboard to launch the Windows System menu.
- 5). Click the "Resize" option from the Windows System menu.
- 6). Drag the bottom right corner of the MDI interface outward until the interface fills the desktop screen.
