- 1). Fill a small bowl with warm water. Add three to four drops of clear dishwashing liquid to make soapy water.
- 2). Dip a clean cloth into the solution.
- 3). Rub the soapy water into the stain on the leather. The dye from the denim appears on the cloth. Continue the process until the cloth stops picking up the stain.
- 4). Wet a paper towel and wipe the leather. This removes any soap residue.
