- 1). Open the "Send To" folder. To do so, click "Start," type "shell:sendto" (without quotes) and press "Enter."
- 2). Press the "Alt" button to open the Windows Explorer menu bar. Click "File," point to "New" and then click "Shortcut" to open up the "Create Shortcut" wizard.
- 3). Use the "Browse" button to select the program that you want to add to the "Send To" menu. When adding a program, you must select the program's executable (EXE) file from the directory where the program is installed.
- 4). Click "Next" and then click "Finish" to add the program to the "Send To" menu.
