    Remove blank rows

    • 1). Click inside the PivotTable.

    • 2). Select the "Design" tab in the "PivotTable Tools" in the Office ribbon.

    • 3). Scroll down and click "Blank Rows."

    • 4). Click "Remove blank Line after Each Item."

    Hide subtotals in a PivotTable

    • 1). Click inside the Pivot Table.

    • 2). Select the "Design" tab in the "PivotTable Tools" in the Office ribbon.

    • 3). Click "Subtotals."

    • 4). Select "Do Not Show Subtotals."

    Create a PivotChart from PivotTable Data

    • 1). Click inside the PivotTable.

    • 2). Select the "Options" tab in the "PivotTable Tools" in the Office ribbon.

    • 3). Click "PivotChart."

    • 4). Select a chart type in the "Insert Chart" dialog box.

    • 5). Click "OK."
