How to Modify an Excel 2007 Pivot Table
- 1). Click inside the PivotTable.
- 2). Select the "Design" tab in the "PivotTable Tools" in the Office ribbon.
- 3). Scroll down and click "Blank Rows."
- 4). Click "Remove blank Line after Each Item."

- 2). Select the "Design" tab in the "PivotTable Tools" in the Office ribbon.
- 3). Click "Subtotals."
- 4). Select "Do Not Show Subtotals."
- 1). Click inside the PivotTable.
- 2). Select the "Options" tab in the "PivotTable Tools" in the Office ribbon.
- 3). Click "PivotChart."
- 4). Select a chart type in the "Insert Chart" dialog box.
- 5). Click "OK."
