In the same manner, a pregnancy diet zone is designed to aid a pregnant woman in making the proper food choices for the optimal health of both the expectant mother and the baby.
Since this zone is developed for the aim of supporting both the present development and the long-term health and wellness of the mother and the baby, then only the healthiest, most natural and most balanced selections should fall under the pregnancy diet zone.
Even before the baby is born, proper nutrition is already very important as the condition of health the baby is in while still in the mother's womb will carry over even after birth.
As such, the mother should take great care for the baby not to be underweight, or overweight while still in the womb, as this could cause problems during birth.
