- 1). Restart or power up your computer.
- 2). Press the F12 key on your keyboard when you see the Microsoft Windows logo.
- 3). Choose the CD or DVD drive from which you want to boot up. Insert the boot disk in the selected CD or DVD drive and press enter. Your computer will now use the CD to boot up.
