• The Comfort Suites contains 70 guest rooms in its property, located about seven miles from Oak Island. All of the hotel's suite-style rooms feature refrigerators, microwaves and free wireless Internet access. Suites with whirlpool tubs are available upon request. The hotel also has a fitness room, business center, seasonal outdoor pool and free weekday newspapers. A complimentary continental breakfast is served every morning. Island Inn

• The Island Inn features standard guest rooms with either two double beds or one queen or king bed. The rooms, which are entirely non-smoking, have microwaves, mini-refrigerators and new mattresses and bedding. The hotel also offers guests access to a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and lounge area. One dog weighing up to 60 pounds is permitted per unit. A pet deposit is required, and guests must make arrangements directly with the Island Inn to ensure they receive a pet-friendly room.
