How to Clean the Liver With Wheat Grass
- 1). Take the wheat grass between your fingers, and use your scissors to cut it. Be sure to leave approximately one inch of wheat grass growing out of the soil.
- 2). Rinse the wheat grass thoroughly.
- 3). Place the wheat grass into your juicer, and turn on the machine. Slowly add water as necessary to liquefy the wheat grass.
- 4). Place the contents of the juicer into a strainer, and strain into a pitcher or drinking glass.
- 5). Drink at least 10 milliliters of wheat grass juice as early in the day as possible to clean your liver and encourage healthy liver function.
