Do you have typing skills and want to work but need to be able to stay at home? Many people like yourself have commitments that mean they are unable to go out to work but would still like to earn some extra money from home.

Ideally you will need a relatively quiet working space.
A laptop on the kitchen table will do.
The important thing is that you are able to spend stretches of time on the computer without too many disturbances.
If you have small children keeping the computer and all its associated cabling out of reach is essential especially if you are going back and forth to your PC throughout the day.
So what about the right software on your computer.
Depending on the job you will be doing you may need specific computer programs to do them.
Your employer may supply these or you may have to get them yourself.
You needn't have to spend much if any money as there is usually a free version of most of the types of software available on the web.
Finally make sure that you back up the work that you do regularly.
You do not want to be in a situation where you have spent many hours on something only to lose it due to some computer problem.
A quick, low cost way to back up your work is with a USB flash drive.
You can get them from money high street shops and supermarkets for as little as a few pounds.
