Although he didn't have the senior season many thought he would, Clayborn has the ideal physical makeup for a defensive end in a 3-4 defense and has the potential to develop into a very good player in the NFL. He was an emotional leader of the Hawkeye's defense, and is the type of not-stop player coaches love.

Projection: Clayborn looks like a mid first-round prospect who could go a little higher to a 3-4 team needing a defensive end.
