A switch from Titleist AP1 714 Irons to JPX 825 Pro - easier to hit, nice profile as you stand over the Mizuno iron - they look like the best of traditional blades and substantial distance and accuracy against any game improvement club. Have played around 10 rounds now with these clubs and I am very pleased with the results and glad I tested many clubs before making my choice this time. They are perfect for the player that is looking at continuing to work on and improve their game.

The one piece head design is made from Grain Flow Forged 1025E mild carbon steel which gives you a soft yet solid feel at impact while offering a consistent feel to inspire confidence shot after shot.

Traditional loft spec's with great feel and touch on the course. Irons find the greens with ease and the feedback amazing. While other golf companies are selling added distance with adjusted lofts, Mizuno gives the player confidence to succeed on the course. The grain flow forged Mizuno JPX-825 Pro Irons pushe the design limits to achieve greater forgiveness and feel in this “player's” game improvement iron. The 4-7 irons offer a deep CNC milled pocket cavity that provides 17 grams of discretionary weight that is used for extreme toe-heel weighting providing plenty of forgiveness where you need it. The 8-iron through the Gap Wedge feature a full cavity design with greater thickness behind impact for a more penetrating and workable ball flight for pinpoint accuracy in the scoring irons.

Utilizing Harmonic Impact Technology, Mizuno engineers designed an incredibly strong cavity frame that allows a thinner, more reactive face for increased initial ball speed while maintaining an unbelievably solid feel at impact. A tour confirmed triple cut sole design provides the appropriate relief on the leading and trailing edges for ideal turf interaction and solid ball striking from anywhere on the course.

To sum up, I love these clubs. Great feel and feedback at impact, very long. So glad I have switched back to Mizuno forged irons. Mizuno makes the best players irons on the market. These clubs are awesome. My iron shots are crisp and accurate. I get more distance than using Ping G25 Irons, there is nothing like a set of forged irons when it comes to feel. Great clubs, I highly recommend them.
