- 1). Push down on the battery cover (located on the back of the device) to remove it.
- 2). Pull the release tab to remove the battery from the phone.
- 3). Read the small sticker on the phone's housing, located in the battery compartment. The sticker may display multiple numbers and bar codes. One will be labeled "ESN", which is the number you seek. Replace the battery and its cover.
