- 1). Sign in to the BIS online account you possess.
- 2). Click "Services" and then "Email Accounts."
- 3). Click the word "Filters" to designate the email account from which you want to work and click "Add Filter."
- 4). Title your filter.
- 5). Enter each term that you desire to filter out adjacent to the "Contains" function. Note that you need to separate each entry by semicolon. Click the "Add Filter" option when you finish.
- 6). Push "Settings" and click the term "Service Books."
- 7). Click "Send Service Books" to transmit this data to your BlackBerry.
