Workouts To Get a Six Pack Fast

I struggled for years with all kinds of abs exercises hoping to get a six pack stomach whilst getting no where. But only when I started to burn my belly fat did I start to get the results I wanted. The reason for this is because exercising your abs will help you build muscle and tone, but it won't remove your belly fat. And that is what you must do if you are ever going to show your abs hiding underneith.

Most likely you will have great abdominals hidden under a layer of stomach fat. So the exercises that you should focus on, are ones that will help you burn your belly fat. This is the key to getting ripped six pack abs.

Eating fat burning foods is a very effective way to losing weight. Some of the best ones, in my opinion, are watermelons, peaches, string beans and okra. These are really good foods to include in your eating plan and do a fantastic job of giving you the nutrition you need whilst helping you lose weight.

But if you really want to get fast results, then you should couple this with a solid cardio routine. In my opinion, Interval cardio training is the most effective as it stresses your body to a high enough intensity which forces rapid results.

A typical Interval exercise would go something like this. Lets say that you are going for a run. Well you would start off at an easy, pleasant pace for a few minutes just to warm up and get your muscles working. You'd then suddenly burst into a sprint and go full out for about a minute. Followed by a slow jog for a few minutes.

By doing that repeatedly you train your body at a high intensity which is known to produce better results. If you like you can do normal cardio, but the reason why I don't advise this is because you won't get the fast results that you do with an Interval workout routine.

Now, when your eating a diet packed full with the right kind of nutrition to help you lose fat and your doing cardio a few times a week you can think about doing some abs exercises to get a six pack faster. I believe that you should have your diet and cardio sorted out before you begin to do these. Because as I said earlier, losing belly fat is the key to getting six pack abs.

However, if you want to get a really muscly stomach, then you should add in some abdominal exercises. Some of the best ones are your standard sit ups, crunches and leg raises. But you also need to do one with a twisting motion because that ensures that your entire stomach gets a full workout and not just your upper and lower abs.

Okay, so with this knowledge you should be able to start designing your diet plan, cardio training and workout routine. You may want to take a close look into each of the tree steps for additional detail. At thsi point you should have a basic understanding of what goes into losing belly fat and getting a six pack.
