    Different

    • For an organization to work and be effective, it must first stand out and be different. These organizations closely analyze the competition and figure out what needs are other companies not fulfilling. As a result, successful organizations aim to offer different services and services that are very hard to find or replace.

    Team Members

    • An organization's employees must function as a true team. The team must have close rapport and know one another's strengths and weaknesses. To thrive, team members must have one another's best interests at heart. People on a team must trust that the other members will do their best with their own responsibilities. Trust and honesty can give teams an "us against the world" attitude, which can work wonders for increasing productivity and innovation.

    Leadership

    • An organization must be exactly that -- organized. Without strong organizational skills, chaos can ensue, which reduces productivity dramatically. In this respect, leadership comes into place. Not only do people in leadership positions bring everyone together and help to distribute tasks and responsibilities, but they also communicate goals articulately, provide constructive criticism and feedback and work on continuous improvements to make things more efficient. Effective organizations must have proper leadership in order to stay organized and accomplish goals.

    Communication

    • Communication is vital for effective organizations. Team members must communicate eloquently and clearly with one another. Leaders and managers must communicate well with the rest of the team, as well. Communication is key for moving forward, defining goals, allocating assignments and offering feedback and praise. Without clear and open communication, an organization runs the risk of floundering, having misunderstandings and suffering missed opportunities.

    Creativity

    • Creativity and imagination are crucial for strong organizations. If an organization wants to stand out from the rest of the pack, then it must constantly evolve and learn to improve what it offers. It can never be satisfied. The primary goal of a successful organization is to be the best for all of its customers.
