Christopher Rice
Christopher Rice was born in 1978 in Berkeley, CA to author Anne Rice and late poet Stan Rice. Christopher attended Brown University and the NYU Tisch School of the Arts before moving to Los Angeles to unsuccessfully write screenplays.
At the age of 22, Christopher's mother, Anne Rice, slipped into a diabetic coma. It was then he moved to New Orleans to care for her. He wrote his first novel, A Density of Souls at her bedside.
Christopher Rice has since written several works, including Moonlit Earth (2010), Bling Fall (2008), Light Before Day (2005), and The Snow Garden (2004).

Christopher admits that his famous last name has helped his career. However, his work is distinctly different from the works of his parents and is confident in his ability to hold his own in the literary world.
