- 1). Open your AOL account's master screen name.
- 2). Visit the "AOL Parental Controls" page, listed in the Resources section below. Create a new "Kid Only (12 & Under)" account for your child if you have not done so already. Go back to the "AOL Parental Controls" main page when you are done.
- 3). Select your child's screen name.
- 4). Click the "Activity Reports" link in the Edit section.
- 5). Select "On" under the option marked "Monitor your child's activity."
- 6). Click the "E-mail me reports on these days" drop down menu. Select your desired email report frequency. You will receive your child's incoming and outgoing email as per the frequency you choose.
