- 1). Go to your device's home screen and then launch the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync application.
- 2). Choose "Set up your device to sync with it" and then type "m.google.com" in the "server address" box, making sure you check "This server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection."
- 3). Hit "Next" and then type your full Gmail email address and password in the "Username" and "Password" fields, respectively.
- 4). Leave the "Domain" field unchanged. However, if your device insists that you enter a domain name, type "google" in the box.
- 5). Select "Next" and then check the "Email" check box. If you would like to sync other features, such as your calendar and contacts, check their respective boxes.
- 6). Click "Finish" and then select the "Sync" softkey. You have successfully synchronized your Gmail account on your Windows Mobile phone.
