- 1). Press the power button on the front of your Tungsten down. It doesn't matter whether the Tungsten is on or off for this process.
- 2). Insert the tip of your stylus (thin plastic instrument that came with your Tungsten) into the small hole in the middle of the back side of the Tungsten. Continue to hold the power button as you do this.
- 3). Release the power button when you see the flash (logo) screen appear on the screen of the Tungsten.
- 4). Press up on the Tungsten's directional pad when you see the screen prompt to confirm the reset. Your Tungsten is now reset and should function properly.
