The Importance of Nutrition and Getting Pregnant
One of the very first things that I look at when I am coaching my clients on how to get pregnant is their diet, nutrition and overall lifestyle.
Most people tend over overlook the power and importance of nutrition, diet and lifestyle when it comes to getting pregnant.
People see nutrition as a passive aspect of pregnancy that only comes into play once the woman is pregnant.
This is absolutely not true.
If you are looking to get pregnant fast, here are some nutrition tips for getting pregnant and restoring your body to a body of pristine health so that you can get pregnant quickly and easily.
Tips For Getting Pregnant #1 - Drink Lots of Water Many people overlook the important of this tip and quickly dismiss it when they hear it.
However water is critical to many important processes within the body including reproduction and detoxification.
Water also helps sperm motility, thins out cervical mucus while increasing cervical mucus in the body amongst other things.
Make sure you drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day, your water should always be clear.
Tips For Getting Pregnant #2 - Cut Out Junk From Your Diet Alcohol, cigarettes, caffeine and sugar are four of the biggest contributors to infertility.
Sugar can cause problems such as Candidiasis (Candida) and weaken your immune system.
Avoid processed foods at all costs and focus on eating whole organic foods that are free of pesticides and additives.
Other things that you need to avoid are MSG, food colorings, artificial sugars (such as Aspartame and Splenda) and artificial flavoring.
Tips For Getting Pregnant #3 - Eat Lots of Raw Organic Fruits and Vegetables Raw organic foods are jam packed with nutrition and give your body exactly what it needs.
Cooking destroys enzymes, valuable trace minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and more.
Pesticides, artificial fertilizers etc.
can also cause infertility in women and men and are not recommended.
Tips For Getting Pregnant #4 - Drink lots of freshly squeezed juices Get a good juicer and start drinking fresh glasses of organic fruits and vegetables everyday.
Fruits and vegetables I recommend juicing are parsley, celery, apples, carrots, kale, spinach, ginger, garlic (if you can handle it) etc.
Raw vegetable and fruit juices are a great way for you to get the nutrition that you need instantly, without the fiber from the fruits or vegetables.
Remember to drink your juices on an empty stomach to maximize nutrition absorption.
