- 1). Locate the menu for your text messages. Search for the option "Delete Messages." Select this option, click on each individual folder, then click on the option "One by One" to delete each message in the folder. Select the back option to get back to the "Delete Messages" menu to select the next folder and repeat until you delete all messages in every folder.
- 2). Select "Contact." Locate the "Delete" option and select "Delete All." This will erase all contacts stored on your SIM card.
- 3). Select the "Call Register" option. Look for the option "Clear All Calls" and select. Select "Yes" to confirm you want to delete all calls.
