  Florida is favorite gay holiday destination with cities like Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando proving popular. Every year Orlando plays host to Disney's Gay Days where Walt Disney World turns pink for two days, normally around the start of June. There are a number of hotels in Orlando that cater especially to gay tourists, both during this time and throughout the year.
  
  

Parliament House

• Parliament House markets itself as the "world's largest all gay resort and entertainment complex." It has 130 guest rooms, multiple nightclubs and bars, live entertainment and a lake. Bars include the Footlight Theater Piano Bar, Video Bar, Western Bar and Le Club Disco and Dance Bar, which doubles up as a nightclub. Every night there is a party of some kind, so if you're after a gay holiday with some peace and quiet then this place might not be for you.

Doubletree Resort

• The Doubletree Resort Orlando is set amongst 28 acres of tropical fountains, pools and palm trees and has a style that looks like it came straight from an Indonesian island. It is one of the official hotels of Disney's Gay Days in June, and plays host to pool parties which are free for the guests. The hotel is located next to the Universal Orlando Resort and features 742 guestrooms, including 19 suites, all with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs, a number of bars and restaurants, in addition to a pool and fitness studio.

Disney's BoardWalk Inn

• Although not an exclusively gay hotel, Disney's BoardWalk Inn is very gay-friendly. The hotel takes its look and style from 1940s Atlantic City and is located near to the Epcot theme park, Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park and Disney's BoardWalk area. There are eight cafes and restaurants to choose from, with a range of cuisines from American to Mediterranean. Activities include three pools located on the grounds in addition to tennis courts and a health club. You can also rent an array of watercraft from the hotel if you want to spend a day out on the water.
